We Deliver High Quality Professional Training and Treatments

Midlands School of Massage & Bodywork (previously known as Meridian School of Massage and Bodywork), is an organisation dedicated to delivering high quality training in complementary therapy for over a decade.

We are Passionate About Massage

We are passionate about massage therapy and fascinated by the potential of using therapeutic touch to support others wellbeing. Working ‘holistically’ we recognise that individuals are multidimensional; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual beings. With this in mind, we train practitioners to tailor a treatment session to meet the client’s needs, and blend this with their knowledge and understanding of the body’s structure, function and health conditions. Working with a client-centred approach, from a place of trust with another, is a privilege and a joy.

As tutors we carry this passion and excitement into our training. We aim to work with you and support your journey to becoming the best massage therapist you can be. We encourage you to be creative, work intuitively and at the same time, preserve your own wellbeing.

As adult learners, each student has various life experience and interests that we encourage you to share with your peers in the safe learning environment.

While there maybe similarities in a groups’ learning styles, on an individual level these can vary. Training is a delivered using a mixture of techniques, with additional support available for learning differences such as dyslexia.  Courses are highly student-centred as far as we are reasonably able to deliver.
